The 225ml capacity means I'm not constantly refilling it, which is a bigger deal than I expected. The PVC tip is smooth and gentle, no irritation at all. Way easier to use than the bulb style I had before.

The bulb is firm enough to give good control, and the 225ml fills and empties smoothly. I just wish the nozzle were a bit longer for easier positioning.
